We will be replacing (1) patio door in a like for like sizing manner, no structural modifications to be made. Patio door will be
installed as a nail flange application, and to be installed plumb, level and square. Flanges to be covered with roll tape flashing
and head flashing as required. All exterior trim to be caulked from unit to trim and from trim to siding using exterior grade
caulking. Sealed to exterior.

installed as a pre-hung unit. Door to be installed plumb, level and square. All exterior trim to be caulked from unit to siding
with exterior grade caulking. Sealed to exterior.
