1. Install new concrete siding and stone veneers around the base of the house in the front, 3 ft high from the ground.
2. Install a 60 x 48 egress (window) to replace the existing back patio door with a pony wall; the header stays the same.
3. Reposition a wall in the master bathroom to build a private lavatory with a fart fan with HVAC roof out ventilation (this will be
the second in the master bathroom). Enlarge the vanity to fit a Jack & Jill sink and replace the bathtub with a walk in shower.
