Description of Work:
Remove existing shingles down to deck. Re-nail any loose wood. If bad or rotten wood is discovered it will be replaced at a
price of $70 per sheet. Install 3'' Owens Corning Weatherlock ice and water shield at all gutter lines and valleys. Install Owens
Corning Pro Armor Synthetic underlayment to keep roof dry. Install Owen Corning Starter strip shingles along all gutter lines,
rake edges, and valleys.
-Install Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Storm calls 4 Impact resistant limited lifetime dimensional shingles per
specifications using 1/1/4 roofing nails.
-Use 7/8" nails on area with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings all 1 story areas Install Owens Corning ProEdge storm hip
and ridge shingles.
-Install new rooftop vents above the garage. Deck over slant back vents except for the garage 3 total Install new edge vent
(please see drawing)
-Install new deck air intake (please see drawing with highlighted area) leave 2 feet from valleys install new pipe and chimney
flashings.
-Remove gutters to keep downspouts for gutter crew. Heat cables are present on area of the roof please keep and reuse
them.
