RESPONSE- You are correct. The new bath will be located where the exisng storage area is 2.The following area is not in compliance with Section R307: Date: 5/12/2021 Jurisdiction: Estes Park Project: Addition Site Address: 585 B Audobon St. Permit#: 21-EP-00184 Contact Person: Jared Kingswood Reviewed by SAFEbuilt 05/20/2021 RESPONSE- We will not be doing any work on this bathroom and it is not part of the permit 3.This does not meet code Code Section reads: R312.1.3 Opening limitations. The triangular openings at the open side of stair, formed by the riser, tread and bottom rail of a guard, shall not allow passage of a sphere 6 inches (153 mm) in diameter. 2. Guards on the open side of stairs shall not have openings that allow passage of a sphere 43/8 inches (111 mm) in diameter. RESPONSE- This should read “Spacing between opening s to be less than 4” “ It seems like these can just be redlined on the plans instead of having to redraw everything.
