All construction shall conform to the International Residential Code, 2015 edition as amended by Town of Estes, and all other applicable codes. 2. Construction debris shall be legally removed on a continuing basis. The site shall be maintained in a "neat" appearance. 3. Dimensions are to face of stud, panel, or concrete unless otherwise indicated. Log and column dimensions are to centerline. All heating equipment, piping and installation to comply with the I.R.C., 2015 edition, and all other applicable codes. 12. Ensure six-sided encapsulation of insulation with sheathing, drywall or thermo-ply for all insulated cavities. 21. Seal all wall sheathing and gypsum to walls at top and bottom plates. Seal all envelope penetrations and around window and door openings with closed cell foam insulation, or equal. 22. Insulatory & air sealing of building envelope to comply with IRC Table N1102.04.1.1. 23. Recessed cans, if used, must be ICAT (Insulation Contact Air Tight) rated. 24.
