RE: Permit #23-EP-00199 2331 Larkspur Lane Estes Park, CO 80517 This memo is written to approve the use of 5-2x8 in place of 8x8 posts in the crawlspace. In addition, the plans called for 4-2x4 in the laundry room for support of the new 4-9 ½” LVL beam and a 5-2x8 studpack was installed which is acceptable. No straps are required around the studpacks as the nailing of the plies together is sufficient. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 970-586- 9388.
