To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to certify that I, David A. Bangs (or an employee under my direct supervision) being
a duly licensed engineer in the State of Colorado have visited the site to review the condition of
the structural framing. During my site visit, two walls were evaluated to determine if they are load
bearing members supporting floor and roof framing in the structure based upon my review, the
existing kitchen partition wall and the upstairs bathroom partition wall are not load bearing and
can be removed without affecting the structural integrity of the structure.
