Minimum site plan specifications and an example site plan are attached.Large size plans may be
waived for smaller projects such as deck additions.
Also submit your Building Permit application to the Larimer County Building Department at
1601 Brodie Avenue,Estes Park (577-2100)
Community Development staff will:
Review the application and ask for additional information,if necessary;and
U Route the signed Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form and approved plans to the Larimer County
Building Department via email.
