A Complete Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form;and
0 One 24”x 36”arid one I I°x 17”set of building and site plans
Minimum site plan specifications and an example site plan are attached.Large size plans may be
waived for smaller projects such as deck additions.
Also submit your Building Permit application to the Larimer County Building Department at
1601 Brodie Avenue,Estes Park (577-2100)-9 3r
Community Development staff will:
