Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form

Larimer County Building Permits

Community Development staff review building permit applications within the
unincorporated Estes Valley for compliance with the Estes Valley Development Code.
This service is provided by the Town of Estes Park through an intergovernmental
agreement with Larimer County.
Please submit to Community Development:
❑ A Complete Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form; and
❑ One 24" x 36" and one 11" x 17" set of building and site plans.
Minimum site plan specifications and an example site plan are attached. Large size plans may be
waived for smaller projects such as deck additions.
Also submit your Building Permit application to the Larimer County Building Department at
1601 Brodie Avenue, Estes Park (577-2100)
Community Development staff will:
❑ Review the application and ask for additional information, if necessary; and
❑ Route the signed Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form and approved plans to the Larimer County
Building Department via email.
Please note, incomplete applications delay review.
