ZONTNG COMPLTANCE AFFTDAVTT
WHEREAS the COVID-1 9 pandemic has caused the issuance ofpublic health orders by the Larimer
County Department ofPublic Health and Environment and the CoIorado Department ofPublic Health and
Environment which place restrictions on the business activity ofmost businesses Iocated in Larimer
County and in CoIorado more broadly, eXCePt for Critical Businesses; and
WHEREAS businesses directly invoIved in the construction ofhouslng have been deemed to be Critical
Businesses by those public health orders; and
WHEREAS oversight ofhousmg COnStruCtion remains an important function ofthe local govemment in
Estes Park despite temporary limitations on the ability ofEstes Park Community Development
Department staff to conduct in-PerSOn ZOning inspections which would typically precede issuance of a
Certificate ofoccupancy or otherwise be used to verfty site conditions; and
WHEREAS the Estes Park Community Development Department has detemined that submittal of this
Zonmg Compliance A飾davit and certain attachments, as aPPlicable, may Subst血te in-PerSOn ZOnmg
inspections for the duration ofthe public health emergency (as detemined by Town staf恥
