New materials are to be steel fabricated, ground smooth, primed and painted for weather protection. No work is to be performed inside the building, to the exit door, to the exterior roofing, nor to the the existing stair or landing. Occupant load estimates on Sheet A02 are estimates based on observed uses and room configurations. Classifications and floor areas given in the Permit Information to the right are assumed and estimated.
