SCHEMATIC INTERIOR ELEVATIONS
THIS HOME IS A THIRD GENERATION HOUSE THAT WAS BUILT IN 1956, AND HAS BEEN A SUMMER
VACATION ESCAPE FOR THE FAMILY IN THE DECADES EVER SINCE. THE FAMILY HAS DECIDED TO MAKE THIS
THEIR FULL-TIME YEAR-ROUND RESIDENCE.
DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF ASBESTOS, A COMPLETE "GUT" OF THE INTERIOR IS REQUIRED. EVERYTHING WILL
BE BROUGHT DOWN TO STUDS, AND NEW FINISHES WILL BE DONE THROUGHOUT THE HOME, WITH THE
EXCEPTION OF THE MAIN BATHROOM, WHICH WAS REMODELED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.
THE MAJORITY OF THE WORK WILL BE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: NEW INSULATION, GYP BD, PAINT, FLOORING,
ELECTRICAL, CABINETRY, NEW WINDOWS, LIGHTING, APPLIANCES, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, ETC. THE
EXTERIOR WILL REMAIN THE SAME, EXCEPT FOR SMALL AREAS OF PATCHING, AND PAINTING THE ENTIRE
STRUCTURE.
A NEW FURNACE AND WATER HEATER WILL BE INSTALL IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION ON THE MAIN LEVEL.
ALL DUCTWORK AND PLUMBING LINES ARE TO REMAIN IN PLACE UNLESS DICTATED BY CONDITIONS,
RELOCATION, AND INSTALLER RECOMMENDATIONS.
ALL WORK WILL BE DONE THRU ALDRICH BUILDERS, BY PROPERLY LICENSED & INSURED CONTRACTORS.
