Re: Setback Variance Request for 1269 Chasm Lane

Dear Mr. Baird:
The Community Development Department has reviewed your Setback Variance Request for 1269 Chasm Lane for completeness. In order to complete the application please submit the following
information:
A vicinity map locating the subject property and showing streets and other general development of the surrounding area; and
A development plan showing:
The existing land use of all adjacent properties, and the location of all existing building and structures within two hundred (200) feet of the lot or property line of the subject site.
The location of rock formations and slabs, large trees near the existing/proposed house, septic field, and well, if the house is served by a well.
Please submit a completed Board of Adjustment application by 5:00 p.m. on August 30th. If the completed application is not received, this request will be removed from the September
11th Board of Adjustment agenda and will be continued to next month.
Please field stake the lot corners and building corners of the proposed structure one week prior to the scheduled Board of Adjustment hearing, i.e. by September 4th. Feel free to contact
