HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOTICE Vacation Home Violation 450 Lakefront St 2024-08-19TOWN OF ESTES PARI^ August 19, 2024 RS HARTZOG PROPERTIES INC Attn: Ronald Hartzog 1888 Fall River Rd EstesPark, CO 80517 RE: 450 Lakefront St Vacation Home License Mr. Hartzog, The Town Clerk's office has received verification from the Municipal Court that you plead guilty to two (2) violations of the Estes Park Municipal Code §5.20.110(e)(4)(b) as outlined in citation EPPD330233 issued October 27, 2023 and a second violation with a deferred sentence for citation EPPD330240 issued March 23, 2024. As required by the code, I have verified you have violated the Town's Municipal Code as outlined above, and therefore, this letter serves as written notice that should any subsequent verified violation occur within two years of the date of this notice, a suspension or revocation of the vacation home license for this property shall be issued per §5.20.110(f)(6)b. This is further supported by the fact a written notice of violation was not issued for a citation issued October 28, 2022 for the same offense and dismissed as an agreement was reached through Restorative Justice.
