Estes Valley Zoning Approval
For
Larimer County Building Per
CommunityDevelopment staff review
pbuilding permit applications - n the
unincorporated Estes Valley for compliance with the Estes Valley Development Code.
This service is provided by the Town of Estes Park through an intergovernmental
agreement with Larimer County.
Please submit to Community Development:
❑ A Complete Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form; and
❑ One 24" x 36" and one 11" x 17" set of building and site plans.
Minimum site plan specifications and an example site plan are attached. Large size plans may be
waived for smaller projects such as deck additions.
Also submit your Building Permit application to the Larimer County Building Department at
1601 Brodie Avenue, Estes Park (577-2100)
Community Development staff will:
❑ Review the application and ask for additional information, if necessary; and
❑ Route the signed Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form and approved plans to the Larimer County
Building Department via email.

We have applied for a footer and foundation permit to rebuild the Wade and Lanier
Whilden home that burned in October. It is a home that we built twenty five years
ago. All the utilities are in tact and will be reused. The driveway and location of the
home are unchanged. The roof area of the home is the same. The driveway is very
mild slope and is paved. All drainage is unchanged.
