2. Deliver two (2) sets of building and site plans and this form to Estes Park Community Development
Department for zoning approval. The Community Development Department is located in Room 210 of
Town Hall, 170 MacGregor Avenue, Estes Park.
3. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
4. The Planner who reviews your application will keep one copy of the site plan and building drawings.
5. The Planner will return the signed Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form and approved plans to the Larimer
County Building Department and will mail a copy of the approved form to the contact person listed below.
