Repair Water damage areas in home and add hood vent in kitchen and mini split to lower bedroom. Includes remove and
replace full light exterior door to deck, reinsulate 525 sq ft of exterior walls (R21) and 500 sq ft (R 19) of floor, 3,797 sq ft of
new sheet rock on interior and exterior walls and ceilings, install new tile walls in lower bath shower, new rough in valves and
cartridges for 3 showers, reinstall 5 vanity faucets, and 1 kitchen sink with garbage disposal, install new mini split system with
heat pump in lower living room with 2 interior wall hung units(1 in lower living room and 1 in master bedroom), Add new hood
vent in the kitchen ( Vent to exterior)
