The drawings provided herein are not engineered documents.
The Designer is not a licensed engineer and the engineering of
the design shall be performed by a licensed professional who
shall affix their seal on the appropriate documents prepared by
them. The Client and the Client's consultants shall be required to
defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Designer for claims,
damages, losses, and expenses ("Damages") to the extent such
Damages arise out of the errors, omissions, negligence,
misconduct, or failure to properly discharge their contractual
duties to the Client. In addition, the contracts between the Client
and the Client's Consultants shall require the Client's
Consultants to coordinate their drawings and other instruments
of service with those of the Architect for any potential conflict.
The Architect shall have no responsibility for the components of
the Project designed by the Client's Consultants. Review by the
Architect of the Client's Consultants drawings and other
instruments of service is solely for consistency with the
Architect's design intent of the Work. The Architect shall be
entitled to rely on the technical sufficiency and timely delivery of
documents and services furnished by the Client's Consultants,
as well as on the computations performed by the Client's
Consultants in connection with such documents and services,
and shall not be required to review or verify those
computations or designs for compliance with applicable laws,
statutes, ordinances, building codes and rules and regulations.
The Client shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the
Architect from and against claims, damages, losses, and
expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees arising out
of the services performed by the Client's Consultants.

3. ALL FIELD MEASUREMENTS TO BE VERIFIED BY CONTRACTOR BEFORE

CONCRETE

COMPRESSIVE STRENGTHS AT 3,500 PSI.
3. CONCRETE SHALL BE PROPORTIONED USING TYPE I/II CEMENT.
CONCRETE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FREEZING SHALL BE FORMULATED FOR
MAXIMUM FROST RESISTANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACI.
4. SLABS ON GRADE SHALL BE PLACED ON APPROVED MATERIAL PER
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ENGINEER OF COLD AND CONSTRUCTION
JOINTS PRIOR TO CONCRETE FORMING.
6. CONCRETE FORMING PROCEDURES SHALL BE USED IN ACCORDANCE
