Nordick (Nordick), and Eddie G. TuJly and Francis 1 Tully (Tully) is as follows: 1. A driveway has been constructed across a portion of Lot 5, The Crags Subdivision, Latimer County, Colorado, as described upon exhibit A which. is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, from Audubon Street within said Subdivision. Said driveway is for the purpose of providing both access and utility easements for Lot 4 of said Subdivision, and the use thereof for said utility purposes is also reserved unto Lot 5. 2. The owners of said Lot 5 hereby acknowledge and grant to the owners of Lot 4 said ingress/egress driveway easement and utility easement. 3. Said Lot 4 shall have no other arces to Audubon Street. 4. The owner of Lot 4 shall provide for the maintenance of the driveway, together with snnw remnval therefrom. 5. The owner of Lot 5 shall have the right to use the portion of his lot across which this easement is located in. any manner so long as such use does not interfere with this easement and the rights herein set forth. 6.
