Foundation Wall Specifications:
-All walls to be 8" thick unless noted otherwise.
-All vertical wall steel to be hooked into footer with a 4" hook.
-Vertical wall steel hooks shall extend a minimum of 16" up from the footer to provide
a lap joint for the upper vertical steel.
-1/2" anchor bolts shall be imbedded a minimum of 7" into the concrete and shall be
placed a minimum of 48" on center and within 12" of each end of all sill plates.
