I,Lonnie A.Sheldon,a duly registered land surveyor in the State of Colorado,certif’that
a survey of the foundation wall forms at 1900 Bradley Lane (Lot 31,Uplands at Fish
Creek),Estes Park,Colorado,was performed under my responsible charge on March 21,
2011.The result of this survey showed that the foundation wall forms lie entirely within
all building setbacks and finish floor markings are lower than proposed fimish floor
elevations.The NW corner (nearest to property lines)of the foundation wall form is 47.8
feet from the northwest property line.Based on the chalk lines within the Foundation wall
forms for main finish floor and lower finish floor the elevations are 7835.6’and 7825.4’
respectively.Measured finish floor elevations are 1.9’lower than approved finish floor
elevations,thus conforming to height restrictions as laid out in the section of the Estes
Valley Development Code pertaining to maxinwIi building heights,section l.9.E.2.
Survey Control Point #1 (refer to Site Plan)and sñrveyed original contours were used to
determine elevations.
