The work approved by Building Permit Number B-9011 has not been totally
completed.However,applicable life-safety requirements comply with Municipal codes.
Therefore,to allow owners the most possible use of their property,a Temporary Certificate of
Occupancy is being issued.
It is the responsibility of the contractor and the property owner to complete all
requirements associated with the permitted development,in a manner complying with all
Municipal Laws.No changes from the approved site and construction plans are authorized,
without prior approval of the Building Official.
The contractor and the owner must read and agree to the previous conditions and the
following corrections,prior to issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
This Temporary Certificate of Occupancy expires August 8,2012.
Public Works Conditions:
1.Drainage is not in compliance with the permit plan.Culverts not installed and/or not
cleaned out to function properly.Swales along the driveway are not defined.No
revegetation in place to prevent soillrock erosion from spilling down into public ROW.
Retaining wall along driveway not built (which is ok)but it creates more.erosive drainage
area that needs held down.Confirmation resolution for Public Works Department prior to
release of CO.(Kevin Ash 577-3586)
Building Conditions:
1.Lavatory faucets must indicate temperature control as per P2722.2.Hot on left when
facing the outlet.
The TCO item listed must be resolved and CO obtained by TCO expiration date or new
permits/additional fees will be required.
