One 24'x 36" and one 11" x 17" set of building and site plans.

waived for smaller projects such as deck additions. ,

Also submit your Building Permit application to the Larimer County Building Depart

Community Development staff will:
o Review the application anct ask for additional information, if necessary; and
0 Route the signed Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form and approved plans to the Larimer County
Building Department via email.
