4”SDR 35 Pvc sewer pipe required for service.No glue fittings allowed.Existing clay sewer line
will be re1aced with vc to the noint where vc exists.

Prior to back filling or covering service line,it must be inspected by EPSD line dept.Please allow
24-hour notice,contact Ron (970)481-1601 or Matt (970)481-3494 for repair!location!inspection.
Double cleanout shall be installed as per building code!EPSD sewer line requirements.
EPSD crew will perform tap to the sewer main -manhole taps shall be the responsibility of the
contract excavator —a concrete core to the manhole is required as per our location on the manhole.
X For inspections,tapping or questions -call 970.586.3516 or 970.481.1458 (cell)and ask for Ron
Duell -Line Superintendent.Allow 24-hour notice for all inspections and tap connections
X Use of the collection and treatment facilities of the District requires that property owners abide by the
rules and regulations of the Estes Park Sanitation District
A FOG Interceptor is required for this establishment.Only the following water using fixtures shall be
connected to interceptor (as per drawing submitted):
Mop sink,three-compartment sink,dishwasher and prep sink in food preparation area.
All other fixtures shall drain to the sanitary line not connected to the interceptor —including additional
hand sink and indirect receptors.Questions?—call 586-2866 before connections are established.
Interceptor shall be 1000 gallon in size.Location for the interceptor shall be in front of the building
in the pull off.Sufficient access is available for pumper truck to clean.
FOG Interceptor must be cleaned regularly and records documenting cleaning shall be kept and made
available on request to the Estes Park Sanitation District.Adequate cleaning is a requirement.Failure
to maintain the interceptor will result in higher charges associated with user fees.
