Dear Mr. Mowry:
We enclose twelve copies of the proposed Site Location Plan for
Thatchtop Mountain Condominiums. The legal description, the
description of the buildings by number, and the number of parking
spaces are set forth on the plan.
It is our client's plan to construct Building No. 1 (as shown on
the site plan) at the present time. Upon completion of :uilding
No. 1, depending upon the market, our client plans to construct
buildings numbered 2 through 6, in that order.
Our client discussed with you the possibility of obtaining tempor-
ary electrical power service from the existing line to Building
No. 1, and obtaining water service from the existing two-inch line
in the street. It is my understanding that before constructing
buildings 2 through 6, inclusive, our client would have to lay,
at its cost, a three-inch water line from east to west along the
south line of its property.
Our client would be willing to execute a contract with the City,
agreeing to lay such water line, in the event that there is a
market for, and our client proceeds with the construction of, the
remaining five condominium buildings.
