1. Position FLOOR FRAMES and fasten at each corner
using 2 screws ... at the front and side frame corner
assembly fasten using bolts thru from the bottom and
nuts on top.
2. Before proceeding, be sure foundation frame is
perfectly "SQUARE" at each corner and properly
positioned on your building site.

BE SURE TO USE plastic washers under the heads of all
assembly screws used to fasten panels. To use washers
(supplied in flat, punched plastic sheets), simply place
the entire sheet down, align a washer with the hole in
the panel, insert and tighten screw. Then pull sheet away.
Install CORNER PANELS, using screws with

1. Position both DOOR TRACKS on the 5/8" surfaces with
the largest amount of holes facing down and on the same
side . . . butt ends together.
2. Center DOOR TRACK SPLICE over tracks and fasten using
screws.
3. Insert 2 DOOR SLIDES into each door track ...
flat side facing DOWN, (away from screws fastening
splice) . and pins facing each other.
4. Insert 1 more door slide into each door track so that
pin faces toward center of track.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Door slides MUST BE positioned in
door track as shown to assure proper installation of

1. Install WALL PANELS, starting at right side of
building. NOTE: NARROW wall panel rib (RIB WITH
BEAD ON IT) is always OVERLAPPED by WIDE RIB
of adjacent panel. DO NOT tighten screws until all
panels are in place . . this will assure easier
alignment of screw holes.
2. Lightly fasten top of panel to wall channels with
screws, to hold it in place . . . then catch bottom screws.
3. Fasten center of panel rib where it overlaps the
adjacent panel using a bolt . .. and screws at top and bottom.
4. Fasten center of panel to wall channel using screws.
Use bolts thru the wall channel overlap at the center
and top of panel.
NARROW RIB WITH BEAD IS ALWAYS OVERLAPPED BY
WIDE RIB; EXCEPT FOR CENTER SIDE AND REAR OVERLAP

GABLE ASSEMBLY
1. Position ROOF BEAM BRACKETS on gables. NOTE:
Mounting leg of bracket must face toward center of
gable. Fasten brackets using bolts.
2. Apply FOAM TAPE along edge of center gable leg
by removing protective paper and pressing on outer
edge of leg. Cut tape to proper length (Approx. 15")
and use remainder on rear gables.

Position a LEFT GABLE ASSEMBLY on top of door
ck, under channel at comer, and fasten using screws.
Position a RIGHT GABLE ASSEMBLY and fasten in

Join left and right gables together at the center

Fasten TRACK SUPPORTS to the front gables, one
each side of the center leg. Attach the supports
removing and re—inserting the bolt and screws.
Second pair of gables are fastened to the rear

Fasten 2 ROOF BEAMS, back—to—back, where left

. Position a ROOF PANEL overlapping rib of right

Install 3 more roof panels and a left roof panel to

oof panel overlaps with a bolt. Apply CAULKING PAD

To assemble the other half of the roof, install a
GHT ROOF PANEL as described in previous step.
Apply WEATHERSTRIPPING TAPE across the joint,

roving protective paper. Press tape down firmly and

Install 2 ROOF PANELS and continue weather stripping.

17 RIDGE CAP & PEAK CAP ASSEMBLY
I. Install the 1st RIDGE CAP and PEAK CAP to the
completed roof section using bolts. The peak cap is
attached between the ridge cap and roof panel using
the same bolts.
DO NOT fasten opposite end of ridge cap until next step.
2. At top roof beam end of panels, fasten 2nd panel
overlap with a bolt and apply caulking pad over head.

1. Install 1 ROOF PANEL overlapping adjacent panel
as described previously and continue weather stripping.
2. Position 2nd RIDGE CAP overlapping end of previously
installed ridge cap .. . align holes and fasten using bolts.
3. Install remaining roof panel and fasten ridge cap at roof
panel overlap.
4. Fasten 4th panel overlap with a bolt and apply caulking
pad.
5. Complete installation of LEFT ROOF PANEL . . . when
roof is completed, tuck tape under last panel and cut.
6. At opposite end fasten ridge cap, peak cap and roof
panel together using bolts.
7. Fasten the lori/er end of all panels to wall channel
using screws and washers.

19 TRIM ASSEMBLY
1. Attach RIGHT and LEFT SIDE ROOF TRIM to the lower
end of roof panels on each side of building, using screws
at each panel overlap. NOTE that a single screw fastens
both trim pieces at overlap.
2. Fasten ROOF TRIM CAPS at end of trim corners using
screws.

1. From inside building, guide bottom edge of
RIGHT DOOR, (on your left when inside building)
into the front frame track, about 1 foot from the
corner.
2. Position top of door so that holes in door line
up with hole and pin in the door slide. Fasten
door to slide using self—tapping screw.
3. Install LEFT DOOR in the same manner.

1. Close doors to see if they meet properly. If not,
remove the self—tapping screws where doors meet.
2. Adjust doors by raising or lowering pin in door
panel as required, so that they meet evenly along
their length. Then re—insert self—tapping screws.
