The Work shall be carried out in accordance with the following supplemental instructions issued
in accordance with the Contract Documents without change in Contract Sum or Contract Time.
Proceeding with the Work in accordance with these instructions indicates your acknowledgement
that there will be no change in the Contract Sum or Contract Time.If there will be an impact to
Contract Sum or Contract Time,please inform the Architect in writing within seven (7)days.
Description:
For the bearing of the C3 type column kicated at the southwest corner of the copy/workroom,
cut and remove 24”x24”portion of existing slab and provide a 24”x24’5d.2”deep concrete pad
footing.Provide (2)#4 rebar horizontal at mid depth each way.
See the attached drawing from Cornerstone engineering for top of pier elevations at log columns.
