This service is provided by the Town of Estes Park through an intergovernmental Larimer County Building Permits Please submit to Community Development: C A Complete Estes Valley Zoning Approval Form;and C One 24”x 36”and one 11”x 17”set of building and site plans. Minimum site plan specifications and an example site plan are attached.Large size plans may be waived for smaller projects such as deck additions.
