HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 12-24ORDINANCE NO. 12-24 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE POWER & COMMUNICATIONS RATE SCHEDULES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Colorado has determined that it is necessary to amend the Electric Rate Schedules of the Town of Estes Park. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the Town of Estes Park, Colorado Electric Rate Schedules shall be amended to read as set forth on Exhibit A. ^ Section 2: These rate schedules will take effect the first full billing period in October, 2024. Section 3: This Ordinance shall be enforced thirty (30) days after its adoption and publication. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Colorado this 13th day of AUGUST, 2024. Residential Energy Time-of-Day available only for residential customers who use electric thermal storage heat or who own an electric vehicle: OFF-PEAK for Residential Time-of-Day Customers: 1:00 pm to 3 pm and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) ON-PEAK for Residential Time-of-Day Customers: 6:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm weekdays Residential Enemy "Basic" Time-of-Dav is available for every residential customer except as stated above.
