PLEASE NOTE!
The property previously known as 1120 Acacia Drive and/or 1820 Avalon Drive, and /or 1820
Acacia Drive has been assigned the new address of 1210 Acacia Drive. The address change was
requested by the property owner, in an attempt to avoid the confusion of multiple addresses. The
new number, 1210 more accurately reflects the property location on the grid system; and, Acacia
reflects the street providing access to the property. Please change all records to correspond with
the new address.
If you have any problems or concerns with this change, or address changes in general, please
contact me. The Department of Building Safety is in the process of drafting policies for
assigning street names and addresses; and, all input is welcome.
