This report provides a record of data that was captured and stored in the Town of Estes Park’s PTWIN building permit
management system for various building permit applications accepted by the Town from approximately July of 1999
through March of 2020. The PTWIN system is no longer in use by the Town and has been such down. This is managed
through the Town of Estes Park’s Records Retention program consistent with Town policies and Colorado Municipal
Records Retention Schedule requirements. This purpose of this report is to display permit related information exactly as
it was captured in the PTWIN system ‐ no attempt has been made to correct missing or inaccurate data.
