RE: Town Board Action: Rezoning, Lots 2 and 3 Robin Meadow Subdivision
Dear Mr. Wojcik:
This letter is to inform you that the Town Board reviewed the Rezoning, Lots 2 and 3
Robin Meadow Subdivision at their regularly scheduled October 25, 2005 meeting. At
that time, the Town Board voted unanimously (6-0) to APPROVE the rezoning of Lots 2
and 3, Robin Meadow Subdivision from “R-2” Two-Family to “E” Estate.

Subject: Rezone Lots 2 and 3, Robin Meadow Subdivision
Background. On September 27, 2005, the
Town Board approved the Preliminary and
Final Plats of the Re-subdivision of Lot 1 of
the Seifert Addition, since renamed the
Robin Meadow Subdivision. A condition of
approval of that subdivision was to rezone
the two southern lots from “R-2” Two-
Family to “E” Estate, a single-family
designation. This rezoning is being done
because Lots 2 and 3 do not meet the
minimum lot size for a duplex.
Budget. N/A
Action. Staff recommends approval of the rezoning of Lots 2 and 3, Robin Meadow
Subdivision from “R-2” Two-Family to “E” Estate.
