1. REQUESTS
a. Unplatted parcel at the intersection of Kiowa Drive and Mary's Lake Road,

Request: Variance from Municipal Code 17.66.060(13) off premises
advertising sign.

b. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation property off Highway 34 and adjacent to Lot 1,
Lake Estes 2nd Addition (Lake Estes Marina), 1700 Big Thompson Avenue

Request: Revision of variance conditions approved by the Estes Valley
Board of Adjustment on April 11, 2000 to allow an addition to an
existing off -premise sign for Lake Shore Lodge.

Request: Variance from Section 7.6.E.2.b requiring all buildings shall be set
back at least 50 feet from the delineated edge of a wetland,
7.6.E.1.a (2) building shall be setback at least 50 feet from the
delinated edge of river and Table 4-2 requiring a 25 foot setback in
the E-1 zoning district.
