Request: Variance from Section 4, Table 4-2, requiring a minimum side -
yard setback of 10 feet in the R—Residential zoning district

Owner: Graves Avenue Plaza, LLC
Request: Variances to allow a side -yard building setback of 7.5 feet in lieu
of the 15 feet required, and to allow the dumpster to be located in
the side yard instead of the rear yard.
