Lot 34, Block 27, Bonnie Brae addition, 1200 Graves Avenue Owner: Graves Avenue Plaza, LLC Request: Variances to allow a side -yard building setback of 7.5 feet in lieu of the 15 feet required, and to allow the dumpster to be located in the side yard instead of the rear yard.
