Request: A variance from the 66 foot wide platted setback as shown on the
Prospect Village Subdivision plat and a variance from Table 4-5
requiring 15 foot side yard setback in the CO zoning district.

Request: A variance from Table 4-5 requiring 25 foot side yard setback in
the CO zoning district when abutting residentially zoned property.
