Request: Variance from Section 7.6.E.1.a (2) building shall be setback at
least 30 feet from the annual high-water mark of river corridors
and Sections 6.3.C.1 & 6.3.C.2 a nonconforming use shall not be
altered or extended unless the alteration or extension does
