Request: Variance from Section 4, Table 4-2 requiring a 15 foot front yard
setback in the E zoning district and from Appendix D.III.B.3
limiting the number of driveway curb cuts.

previous variance.

Request: Variance from Section 7.6.E.2.b requiring all buildings shall be set
back at least 50 feet from the delineated edge of a wetland,
7.6.E.l.a (2) building shall be setback at least 50 feet from the
delinated edge of river and Table 4-2 requiring a 25 foot setback in
the E-1 zoning district.
