Request: Variance from Section 4, Table 4-2 requiring 50 foot front, side and
rear yard setbacks in the RE zoning district.

Request: Variance from Section 4.4.C.1 requiring a maximum setback of 16
feet from the front property line and EVDC 4.4.D.3 (Table 4-7)
requiring "Off-street parking shall not be located between the lot line
and the building line facing an arterial or collector."
