Sweet Request: Variance from the subdivision standards. Staff Contact: Alison Chilcott 2. REQUESTS a. Portion of Lot 7, Summervilla Subdivision, 775 Riverside Drive Owner: Dale & Chris Kosewick Request: Variance from Section 1.9.E.2 requiring the maximum adjusted building height not exceed 40 feet and a variance from Section 7.6.E.2.b requiring all buildings shall be set back at least 50 feet from the delineated edge of a wetland.
