Request: Variance from Section 4, Table 4-2 requiring a 25 foot front and
side yard setbacks in the E-1 zoning district and a variance from
the height requirement.

Owner: Carolyn S. Lamb
Request: A Variance from Table 4-5 requiring 15 foot side yard setback in
the A zoning district, and Chapter 6 "Nonconforming Uses and
Structures" to allow reconstruction of a small accommodations
cabin.
