combine three separately described legal parcels into one.

5. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE
CONCERNING:
a. A-1 Density Clarification
Proposed amendment to Section 4.4 of the EVDC to clarify the density and dimensional
standards in the A-1 Accommodations zoning district.
b. Townhomes
Proposed amendment to Section 4.3 of the EVDC concerning provisions to allow
townhomes in the Accommodations zoning districts.
c. Small Wind Turbines
Proposed amendment to Section 5.2 of the EVDC to allow and regulate Small Wind
Energy Conversion Systems.
6. ADJOURN
The Estes Valley Planning Commission reserves the right to consider other appropriate items not available at the time the agenda was
