development code for the EGteSVa||ey--the Estes Valley Development Code (EVDC). Prior to the EV[}C.
unincorporated areas of the Valley had very different development regulations than the Town of Estes
Park. Areas zoned T'Tou[iGt had no density or bulk requirements. Development based on T-TouristzVOing
CVU|d have had 8 significant detrimental impact on the aesthetics and quality of life in the Valley.
