Clarify that staff has the authority to promulgate processing schedules for related development applications; and 2. In all cases, require review and approval of related development applications by Estes Valley Planning Commission and Estes Park Town Board or Larimer County Board of County Commissioners prior to review by the Board of Adjustment. 7.
