PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT, Coyote Ridge Subdivision, Tracts I, II, III & IV of the BLA of Portions of the S 1/2 of Section 8, TSN, R72W of the 6th PM, 2550 Devil's Gulch Road Applicant: Myers Estes Park LLC, Carol Bissell, agent Request: Create two 6-acre lots, two 7-acre lots, one 6-acre open -space lot, and one 44-acre lot.
