RE: Setback Variance for Occupancy Term– 1360 B Brook Drive
Dear Mr. Bergsten,
Please be advised that the Estes Park Board of Adjustment, at its public hearing held on
November 7, 2023, voted to approve the variance request to waive the occupancy term
requirement for employee housing in the I-1 (Restricted Industrial) Zoning District for the
subject property addressed as 1360 B Brook Drive, in the Town of Estes Park.
The building permit must be obtained within one (1) year of this approval or the approval
will be null and void.
