RE: Setback Variance – 1454 Narcissus Drive
Dear Ms. Stone,
Please be advised that the Estes Park Board of Adjustment, at its public hearing held on
October 3, 2023, voted to approve the variance request for reduced rear setback of ten feet
(10’) along the northern property line.
The building permit must be obtained within one (1) year of this approval or the approval
will be null and void.
