RE: Variance for Reduced Front Setback- 562 Driftwood Avenue
Dear Ms. Small,
Please be advised that the Estes Park Board of Adjustment, at its public hearing held on
November 7, 2023, voted to approve the variance request for a reduced front setback
along the south property line for the subject property addressed as 562 Driftwood
Avenue, in the Town of Estes Park. This approval was made with the following
condition:
1. The reduced front setback along the south property line shall be seven-feet six-
inches (7’-6”) to align with the setback at the southeast corner of the existing
residence.
The building permit must be obtained within one (1) year of this approval or the approval
will be null and void.
