Dear Mr.and Mrs.Townsend:
Please be advised the Estes Valley Board of Adjustment,at its public hearing held on March 5,
2019,voted to approve the request to allow a variance at your property,legally described as
Lot 47,Little Valley Subdivision 2’and addressed as 1545 Hummingbird Drive in Larimer
County.This variance allows a side setback,along the eastern property line,of 31 feet in lieu
of the 50 foot minimum required in the RE,Rural Estate Zoning District.
