PUBLIC SANITATION COMMITTEE
DECEMBER 10, 1962
ATTENDING: Chairman Carl Swanson, Trustees John Ramey and
Richard Snart
Also Attending: Dale G. Hill, Town Clerk
Dump Contract:
Mr. Lee Parker has given Chairman Carl Swanson the required one year
notice to cancel the present contract dated January 12, 1960. The
Town and Mr. Parker will negotiate a new contract.
Extras on Contract:
Considerable discussion of the amount of extra due Mr. Parker
because of the additional Park Service load at the dump. Trustee
Richard Snart moved the Town pay Mr. Parker $600.00 for the years
1962 and 1963. Motion seconded by Trustee John Ramey. Motion
oarried.
Fulton Contract:
The Clerk presented the final statement from C. M. Fulton Construction
Company in the amount of $6,285.10 for the final settlement of the
Country Club Manor Sewer District contract, The final statement has
been approved by Construction Engineer Paul H. VanHorn, Trustee
Richard Snart moved the Town approve the final statement in the
amount of $6,285.10. Seconded by Trustee John Ramey. Motion carried.
